How do I begin?
To begin you must register through our members section and provide us with some basic information regarding yourself, your general health, and any medications you are currently taking. You will be given payment options to select from and once your account is verified you may request an appointment for a consultation.
Before you can receive a consultation we will require a faxed copy of your photo I.D. and medical records. Your records should refer to the condition that you wish to discuss with the doctor and should be as comprehensive as possible. For example: a physical examination made face to face with a qualified physician within the last 12 months must be submitted along with items such as an MRI to back up joint or back problems. This will make it much easier for the doctor to diagnose and prescribe appropriately.
What are the fees and payment options?
We charge $190 for our coordination services and the doctor’s fee for the consultation. We accept COD for these services which will be collected by money order when your prescription is delivered by U.P.S..
How does a consultation work?
Once you have requested a consultation a scheduled appointment will be emailed to you. A physician will call you during the scheduled time and discuss with you the medical condition for which you are seeking treatment as well as any medications you may be currently taking. Once the consultation is complete the physician will ship your prescription(s), if prescribed, by U.P.S. to your given and verified address.
Can I track my prescription?
Once your prescription is shipped by the doctor, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to the U.P.S. web site. Adult signature required.
Is my information secure and confidential?
Yes it is!! We ensure confidentiality at all times and do not disclose any details to anyone except your physician. You and he/she will establish and maintain a valid physician/patient relationship and he will keep your medical history information in a patient file in a secure place.
Is my payment information secure?
Our on-line ordering system uses the latest in Secure Technology. All personal information is submitted with the highest level of security and precaution. Individuals attempting the fraudulent use of a money order will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
What's the minimum age?
You must be at least 21 years of age to order any services from our site.
Is This Legal?
We are committed to meeting and exceeding current regulations. By participating in a one on one consultation with a physician you are establishing a doctor/patient relationship. We introduce only US-licensed physicians.
Important Reminder
Before we can schedule a consultation we will require a faxed copy of your latest medical records which support your pre-existing condition, a face to face physical examination record with a qualified physician no older than 12 months and a copy of your photo ID (Current Drivers License) please.
