This will establish a stronger Doctor Patient relationship and will ensure that a Face to Face consultation has taken place between the Physician and the patient. This will mean that all of our patients will have to have at least a 12 month face to face consultation with one of the doctors that we introduce to you. As a result, the patient can then be followed up legitimately with that doctor throughout the next 12 months, where appropriate by telephone.This will ensure that all our patients will continue to enjoy stable and uninterrupted service with NWP. We are just adapting all the changes that need to be done on our systems so we can start to roll out the new process over the next few weeks. We will start rolling out this new process State by State to maintain our customer service levels to all of our patients. Our customer service team will be available to talk you through this new process and answer and questions you may have. We would like to announce that we are always accepting new customers and encourage you to take a stroll through our site. We have added 2 more pharmacies and can now ship to all states with exceptions listed below. 1. We are unable to service or ship to KY, TN, WV, VA, NC, MI,MO, NV, HI residents until further notice.
